About
I am thirty-four years old. I was adopted. I fulfilled my first biggest dream at the age of eighteen by reuniting with my birth parents.
I moved to LA at nineteen to live with my birth mother, find myself and ironically hide from the world. What a paradox since everyone moves to Hollywood to become famous and/or noticed? I guess that is why all my friends already became famous and/or are on their way and I am not. At least maybe not yet?
I am a mother to a three year old boy and four teenage step children. How that came to be is a story within itself. My partner is 26 years my senior and known as a Guru/Vedic Master. He is my best friend and truly the only person who fully understands me and absolutely supports every out of the box belief, idea, desire, etc. I have. He completely accepts me for who I am. Our relationship is not about possession; it is about freedom and living your dharma.
I lived in West Hollywood, Ca for 13 years and was a Fitness Professional. My clientele list could have made up for a full movie production. I worked amongst some of the most famous faces in the entertainment biz, most well-known and successful personal trainers, etc. I had my fair share of Hollywood exposure and when I say that, I mean from behind the scene’s.
I dabbled in some acting, directed a short film, booked a couple commercials, guest starred on a reality T.V. show, modeled for magazine layouts, sat in the music studio’s witnessing hits being made by big time acts, went to movie premiere’s, dated famous people, photographed random events, worked with footballers from Europe, etc. Yawn.
I burnt myself out of the fitness realm and LA’s “me, me, I” syndrome got the best me. Don’t get me wrong I love LA. I do claim that it is my favorite city in the world for these three reasons: unlimited possibilities (anybody who believes they should make it will even if they aren’t the best), it’s all about creativity/innovation and anything goes even though everyone will fiercely judge you to end while riding your coattail.
I retired from the fitness industry four years ago in the hopes that I would follow my bliss, my passion, my intuition, my fullest potential, dharma and divine inspiration. My life was interesting before but really only from the outside looking in. Life these days goes beyond anything I am able to imagine and at a rate that is unbelievable.
My biggest passion’s are: mothering my son into the one of the finest human beings to ever have walked this Earth, the art of transcending (better known as meditating), living your dharma/truest potential, transformation of all realms and becoming a guiding power to those who are seeking personal freedom within this lifetime.
I have had my time out, observed a lot, worked on silence/self and now it’s time to take this “being” and start “doing”. It’s year of the Dragon and it’s time to go for what one desires with nothing holding you back.
May you join me in my journey and my first steps towards my heart.
Blessings & Love,
T.R. Knoles
Beautifully written. Looking forward to more. Love it. So glad you fulfilled your dream. I remember sitting with your birth-mother and her telling me it was her dream too and she was getting ready to go see you play on the team if I remember correctly. What a beautiful circle that came around. What a angel that beautiful boy is.

Thank you Barbara. Yes, your memory serves you well. Lori did come up to watch one of my high school basketball games before we actually met. It’s special that so many people at the time who were apart of the “Newsroom” experienced that story as it came into fruition. It’s a happing ending for her and I as well as my children. So blessed she found me. xx
I look forward to following you on your journey and gain inspiration along the way to find and follow my dharma. All while attempting to nuture and guide my two babies. Good luck xo Kate
Thanks Kate. Love to you and your family. L & JGD
